What You'll Do
This is a senior leadership role with broad organisational influence. As Director, Built Assets and Projects, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of RBGV's built assets, infrastructure and project portfolio. Working closely with the Executive and senior leaders, you will ensure asset planning, capital delivery, infrastructure services and governance support organisational priorities now and into the future. You will play a central role in improving how the organisation plans, manages and delivers its built environment, ensuring essential services, infrastructure and projects support better outcomes for staff, visitors, research and operations.

This role will suit an experienced leader in built assets, infrastructure or projects who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. You're confident in leading change, building trust and supporting strong performance in a complex environment. You will demonstrate:
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience are essential. Experience in asset management frameworks, project methodologies and public-facing and/or multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
