Director, Australia New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency
The Australia New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency (ANZPAA) is seeking a highly experienced and influential leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Director, ANZPAA.
Established in 2007, ANZPAA plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of policing across Australia and New Zealand. In partnership with all policing jurisdictions and key stakeholders, ANZPAA develop forward‑looking insights, policies, and collaborative approaches to ensure policing is prepared for emerging challenges.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director leads a high‑performing directorate delivering cross‑jurisdictional policy, strategic advice, and knowledge products aligned to the ANZPAA Strategic Plan and the priorities set by Police Commissioners across all jurisdictions. The Director is also accountable for creating a positive culture and modelling ANZPAA's values and fostering an open and inclusive environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation across all work outputs and processes.
