This fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to promote and support multiculturalism in Victoria. The role is responsible for leading multicultural affairs policy across Victorian government along with program development and delivery and leadership and management of a high-performing team of policy and program staff. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, as well as high-level communication, conceptual and analytical skills and a clear ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams. They will have a sound understanding of government, public policy and project management and possess demonstrated skills in collaboration, strategic engagement and influencing.
This exciting opportunity is for a commencement in mid-January 2026.
