Digital Services Lead – VPS5 – Fixed term (12 Months) - Flexible Full time/Part time
You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of VPSC's websites and digital services, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, secure and accessible.
What you'll do
As the Digital Services Lead, you will work within the Digital Infrastructure and Service Management team to:
maintain and enhance VPSC's digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance and a positive user experience based on user feedback and performance data coordinate with third-party developers and service providers to deliver new features and resolve technical issues apply best practices in web governance, accessibility (WCAG), security and data protection compliance
analyse performance data and implement SEO and user experience improvements to grow traffic and engagement lead small to medium digital initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking someone who:
Relevant qualifications in ICT, web development, digital product management or similar or equivalent practical experience are desirable. Experience with analytics tools, CMS platforms, or Agile methods will be highly regarded, and certifications (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, Agile Product Owner, SQL) are an advantage.
