About the role
The Digital Product Lead is responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of the DTP intranet, delivery of internal digital products and contract management.
The role sits within the Internal Communications team to support and deliver on the internal communications strategy, content design and production all while ensuring our digital products are optimised to meet user needs and organisational priorities.
Working under the direction of the Manager, Internal Communications, the Digital Product Lead contributes to product roadmap development, backlog management and delivery coordination. The role balances short-term delivery needs with longer-term improvement initiatives, ensuring digital services are reliable, accessible, and continuously improved through evidence-based decision-making.
The position works closely with multidisciplinary teams including developers, designers, analysts and operational stakeholders to deliver integrated and high-quality digital experiences.
