About the Role
This is a Permanent Part-Time position at 40 hours per fortnight within the Digital Learning team.
The Digital Learning Coordinator provides administrative, technical and operational support for Learning Hero, the RCH Learning Management System (Totara). Working within the Digital Learning team, you will support staff, educators and managers in the effective delivery of digital learning, mandatory training and workforce compliance requirements. The role is responsible for LMS administration, user support, reporting, digital content maintenance and the development of online learning resources. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to improve the learner experience and ensure staff can access high-quality learning opportunities.
Classification for this position ranges from AO41 to AO45, Grade 4 Year 1 to Grade 4 Year 5 ($87,003.80 - $96,181.28 per annum pro rata. Salary and superannuation in accordance with the relevant Enterprise Agreement). What you'll achieve:

About the Department:
The Digital Learning team delivers system administration, user support, and continuous improvement to ensure staff can access high-quality learning and mandatory training. The Digital Learning team engages with stakeholders across RCH, including clinical teams, ICT, and external vendors, to ensure learning systems meet organisational needs.
