About the role:
The Digital Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of website technology services for priority projects across the department's main websites,health.vic and Better Health Channel and Safer Care Victoria, as well as supporting departmental agencies covered under managed services agreements for hosting and service support.
Working with a sound level of technical literacy and an understanding of the department's digital platforms and applications, the role supports the timely, high‑quality and cost‑effective delivery of services. This includes ensuring solutions meet stakeholder requirements, departmental quality and performance expectations, and Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) digital standards.
The role works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, delivery partners and external vendors to coordinate activities, respond to service requests and resolve issues. The Digital Delivery Coordinator contributes to cross‑functional project teams, supporting the application of an audience‑ and insights‑led approach to website technology solutions for priority departmental initiatives.
The role supports the operational management of third‑party technology vendors, including monitoring service delivery against agreed service levels, escalating issues as required, and assisting to ensure services are delivered to the required quality, time and budget expectations.
The Digital Delivery Coordinator works closely with others in the Public Affairs team to support coordinated delivery outcomes and effective day‑to‑day operations.
