About the Business Unit:
Civil and Enforcement Services (CES) is a business unit within the Courts Civil and Criminal Law group at the Department of Justice and Community Safety. CES is responsible for the collection and enforcement of fines and civil debt judgements in Victoria.
Digital shapes how Fines Victoria connects with the community, delivering secure, accessible and user-centred online services. The team works closely with business units to design and implement digital solutions that improve user experience, support business objectives, and enable data-driven decision making. By providing direction on and managing platform operations, content, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives, Digital ensures digital platforms are best practice, reliable, and compliant, while driving innovation to meet evolving business and community needs.
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, proactive Digital Advisor who thrives on collaboration and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude. Insights-driven and user-centred, you will combine curiosity, creativity, and a passion for using digital tools, technology, and analytics to enhance customer experience and support business objectives.
The role will contribute to high-quality, best-practice content, experience, functionality, and overall operations of digital platforms, delivering on the product roadmap by identifying, prioritising, and implementing initiatives that are efficient, effective, and aligned to organisational needs.
