Role description
Join our At Home Allied Health, Inpatient, and Residential Aged Care team as a Grade 2 Dietitian, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred nutrition services across a range of settings at Dhelkaya Health.
In this dynamic role, you'll provide dietetic care to individuals and groups in hospital, residential aged care, and community-based environments. You may also support the design and delivery of health promotion initiatives, contribute to food service and nutrition policy implementation, and take on other responsibilities in line with organisational needs and discussions with your manager.
You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and external service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients, their families, and carers.
As a Grade 2 Dietitian, you'll also supervise Grade 1 Dietitians and students, while actively contributing to continuous quality improvement activities within the department.
