· 3 years fixed term, SES2 $298,489.00 - $430,740 TRP
· This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale street.
Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
· Provides strategic professional expertise to the senior leadership team to ensure the delivery of strategies associated with managing a multi-billion-dollar road project with a high level of public scrutiny, while leading high-level stakeholder engagement and ministerial briefings, including representation at key forums.
· Actively manages and engages Project Co ensuring the effective administration of the Project Deed, including compliance, risk management, contractual frameworks, leading all commercial, financial and contractual discussions.
· Leads and oversees critical stakeholder engagement including being the key interface with the State Tolling Company, Department of Treasury and Finance, Project Co and VIDA Roads Commercial and Legal functional leads, ensuring timely resolution of project matters. Builds a culture of delivery and collaboration across the organisation.
· Provides decisive and confident direction on commercial, financial, government policy and industrial relations issues for the Central Package. Acts decisively and charts course of actions enabling teams to resolve challenging situations.
· Leads resolution of complex issues by applying strategic risk management, innovative thinking, and deep understanding of the broader business context to influence decisions and deliver major project outcomes, while maintaining strong stakeholder and senior government relationships.
This role will require close coordination and collaboration with Project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will act as a principal source of advice on commissioning, systems integration and operational readiness matters and leads the strategic planning, governance, assurance and delivery of commissioning, systems integration and operational readiness functions, ensuring successful transition from construction to operations and achievement of Operational Readiness, Commercial Acceptance and NELP Opening Readiness requirements.
This opportunity is a 3-year fixed-term.
It will be a requirement to travel and spend time at one or all our site offices.
