About the role:
As the Deputy Director, Operational Performance and Transformation, Access and Patient Flow, you are an important member of the Access and Flow leadership team, working across all aspects of acute care to improve access and patient flow for timely care for our community.
This role takes a lead across the organisation in planning. reporting and guiding clinicians as part of overall hospital flow and working to improve our ability to meet the emergency requirements, the progression of care through the organisation and access to care in the home.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
