The Information Management and Technology Division guides the Departments' digital capability and is leading digital transformation for the Department including Victorian government schools. The Division architects, manages and supports the largest technology network in Victoria, supporting a user base of approximately 750,000 staff and students.

Role Purpose
This is a Fixed Term role until 30 June 2028.
The purpose of the role is to work with the Chief Information Security Officer and service delivery managers to plan, coordinate and oversee the allocation and completion of design, risk, and assurance services that assist the department in delivering high standards of security.
This role contributes to the overall success of shaping future use of technology including the use of platforms and product services ensuring they are deployed securely, third party suppliers are meeting the required standards, and services in use are not vulnerable.
Embedded into the operational teams, the Demand Administrator will be key to deciding what service requests should be completed, balancing decisions against competing priorities and the availability of resources. The Demand Administrator will work with service managers, stakeholders, and vendors across multi-disciplinary ICT functions and business areas, and ensure services expensed are financially tracked to budget.
