Investment and Technology (previously Service Transformation) leads and manages the investment lifecycle; drives commercial advice & negotiations to facilitate reform; and enables core delivery through Finance, Procurement & Enterprise Technology.
About the role
This is a Fixed Term, full-time position until 30/6/2026.
The Delivery Lead will report to the Program Delivery Manager and is responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of data and technology projects.
The role will deliver projects to agreed scope, time, quality, and budget constraints whilst ensuring alignment to organisational objectives, and evolving customer/stakeholder needs.
The role will also provide project, technical and commercial advice to senior management and is responsible for project reporting in line with the Department’s PMO framework.

Success in this role requires the ability to lead complex, high-value projects from conception to completion, translating strategy into practical outcomes while applying robust governance to manage risk and ensure delivery. It demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a broader business context, embedding sustainable solutions that drive tangible results. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement are critical, with the capacity to influence senior decision-makers and build productive relationships through clear, tailored communication.
