The Data Migration Officer will play a critical role in the Digital Opportunities program for the migration of supervised contact data from the current Contact and Transport Scheduling (CATS) system to the DFFH client management system (CRIS). The Data Migration Officer's knowledge of Child Protection practices for supervised contacts and court orders for out-of-home-care children will ensure that the data will be correctly migrated and consistent with existing data in the CRIS system.
The Data Migration Officer will also support the Digital Opportunities Project Team in providing hyper-care support to Child Protection Practitioners and CP Support Workers once the new contact and transport scheduling functionality is rolled out in CRIS. This will involve working closely alongside the Digital Opportunities Implementation Lead.
