The EPA Experience
About the role:
You’ll will lead EPA Victoria’s privacy, data protection and AI ethics approach, ensuring compliance with Victorian privacy obligations while strengthening governance, privacy‑by‑design and risk controls across digital and data initiatives. You’ll oversee privacy impact assessments, advise on complex privacy and ethical issues, and provide regular reporting to senior executives on privacy risks, controls and emerging challenges, helping EPA build public trust and operate as a modern regulator.
