About Our Facility
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.
With Barwon Health as our lead agency, the South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) provides IT services as a consortium of public health agencies situated through-out the South West region of Victoria.
About the Role
Based in Geelong, this Customer Support Officer role involves providing Level 2 IT Service Support to all SWARH Members and Customers. As part of a dedicated and dynamic team, Level 2 IT Customer Support Officers provide high quality remote and onsite IT support involving break/fix, application and configuration issues, advanced troubleshooting, hardware and software installation. Our team also handle escalated issues from our Service Desk team and where needed, escalate to our SME’s in other teams. Our Customer Support Officers are also the first point of contact for on call escalations relating to urgent issues for our health agencies.
