About the Role:
This permanent part time role within the Customer Contact Centre is a phone-based customer service position involving a high level of customer service to our patients and families. The role includes rotating shifts across a 24/7 roster. We are seeking highly enthusiastic, team orientated and experienced customer service professionals to join the team.
You will also be responsible for responding to inbound telephone calls from parents, families, carers, internal staff and referrers. This important role involves a high level of interaction with RCH consumers and requires the successful candidate to operate within a 24/7 rotating roster.
Classification for this position with range from A010- A012 ($58,442.8-$64,610 per Annum plus Super plus Salary Packaging)

About the department
The service is the first point of contact for many consumers of the hospital via the main hospital line, and our outpatient appointment servie. Our team manages approximately 2,000 calls per day.
