About the role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will provides front-line visitor support at Cape Conran, delivering accurate information, assistance, and high-quality service in line with the standards and priorities set by the Commercial Team Leader.
Your role contributes to operational efficiency, visitor satisfaction, and compliance with Parks Victoria policies, procedures, and safety standards.
