We're seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide front-line visitor support, delivering accurate information, assistance and high-quality service while contributing to positive visitor experiences.
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll provide front-line support to visitors, helping deliver accurate information, assistance and high-quality customer service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting commercial operations, managing bookings, servicing accommodation and camping facilities, welcoming and orientating customers, resolving issues and supporting retail sales. You'll also contribute to local operational planning and work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to maintain consistent service quality.
You are a customer-focused, reliable and collaborative team member who enjoys he lping people and delivering positive visitor experiences. You're confident communicating with people from different backgrounds and can use sound judgement and initiative to resolve day-to-day customer service and operational issues.
You'll be comfortable working under general supervision, taking responsibility for the quality and timeliness of your work while contributing positively to a safe, inclusive and professional team environment.
