About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional visitor experiences by providing front-line customer service, information and support to visitors at our Morwell location. You'll assist customers with bookings, accommodation and camping enquiries, retail sales and visitor information, ensuring every interaction reflects Parks Victoria's commitment to high-quality service. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to the delivery of operational activities, support commercial operations, assist with local planning and reporting, and help resolve visitor enquiries and issues. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine customer service excellence with meaningful work that supports the management and enjoyment of Victoria's parks and reserves.About the Team
