About the role
As the Customer Service Officer, you will provide front-line visitor support at Werribee Park, delivering accurate information, assistance, and high-quality service in line with the standards and priorities set by the Customer Service Team Leader and Commercial Team Leader.
The role contributes to operational efficiency, visitor satisfaction, and compliance with Parks Victoria policies, procedures, and safety standards.
