THE ROLE
The Cultural Engagement Program is responsible for improving outcomes for children, youth and families from culturally diverse backgrounds who are in contact with child protection and other departmental programs. As a member of the cultural engagement team, you will deliver a range of services to child protection including information and advice, comprehensive case consultations, independent assessments as well as working directly alongside practitioners to support families and communities. The Cultural Engagement Program is a statewide service working alongside the Refugee Minor Program within the Statewide Children and Families branch. Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.
