VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
As the Coordinator, People Experience, you’ll support HR, learning, employee experience, and change initiatives that build a positive, people-centred culture at VIDA Health. Working closely with the Manager, People Experience, you’ll coordinate programs, administer HR and learning systems, support communications and change activities, manage enquiries, and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
This role suits a values-driven, agile coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys supporting people and organisation-wide outcomes!
