About the Role
This newly created position of Coordinator Learning Governance will contribute to strengthening governance and compliance arrangements for CFA's training and assessment services.
The Quality and Evaluation team plays a vital role in delivering CFA's Quality Management System across Operational Doctrine and Training, ensuring compliance with RTO standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Manager Quality and Evaluation to provide expert advice, ensure consistency and standardisation of RTO practices, and support a positive, streamlined training experience for CFA members. With a strong focus on accuracy and detail, this role offers the opportunity to shape processes and embed best practice from the ground up.
About You
You are an organised and proactive professional with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), a deep understanding of RTO compliance requirements, and a meticulous approach to detail.
You bring strong compliance and quality control expertise, with a proven ability to lead activities that maintain RTO accreditation and drive continuous improvement. Your strengths include clear written communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You have contemporary knowledge of competency-based training practices, advanced administrative skills, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
