About the Role
Join CFA's Fire Medical Response (FMR) program—launched in 2022 to train members at key locations across Victoria to respond to cardiac arrests in their communities.
We're seeking a Coordinator Learning and Development, FMR to support the design, delivery and evaluation of CFA's Fire Medical Response training program. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of learning and development administration. You'll work closely with CFA teams, volunteers, Ambulance Victoria and other stakeholders to ensure smooth training program delivery. The role also includes supporting CFA's Learning Management System and SmartSheet platforms, providing member guidance, analysing training data, preparing reports and assisting with procurement and administration.
Please note this is a 0.8FTE position.
