About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Learning and Development professional to join a highly respected, fun and focused team, led by a supportive and engaging leader. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on volunteer training while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
You will support the design and coordinate the delivery of training programs that strengthen volunteer capability across the district. Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders and analysing, scheduling and coordinating the annual district training plan to meet capability requirements. You will also provide advice and support to Regional Learning and Development teams, ensuring consistency and standardisation of training programs.

You are an organised, adaptable and proactive team member with experience in a similar role and strong written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy working collaboratively, follow through on tasks and contribute positively to team culture.
