What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Manager, Election Venues, the Coordinator, Election Venues supports the sourcing and management of temporary venues used for election hubs, offices and voting centres across Victoria. The role coordinates venue set-up, operations and decommissioning during electoral events, ensuring sites are operational, compliant and ready to support election delivery. The position works closely with internal teams and field staff to manage venue logistics, resolve operational issues and may lead small teams to support election venue activities.
