About the Role
The role is Ongoing fulltime. The Contract and Commercial Analyst role supports the Manager, Rail Performance & Commercial by providing contractual, operational, and analytical expertise to ensure effective management of the Franchise Agreement – Train and maximize the benefits from contracting arrangements. The role involves administering the Operations Module of the agreement, overseeing key performance measures such as the Enhanced Operational Performance Regime (EOPR) and Passenger Experience Regime (PXR), and delivering detailed analysis and authoritative advice on the franchisee’s operational performance and compliance. By monitoring performance, the analyst identifies areas of underperformance and engages stakeholders in discussions to drive continuous improvement
