VIDA is established as an Administrative Office under the Public Administration Act 2004 as a specialist organisation. The Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) is responsible for delivering the biggest transport and health infrastructure program in Victorian history. This includes more than 200 projects such as the Metro Tunnel, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, removing level crossings, new and upgraded hospitals in Footscray, Frankston and Warrnambool, and specialist programs such as the early parenting centres expansion and upgrade program. Led by the Director-General, VIDA is comprised of the four project offices Major Road Projects Victoria, Level Crossing Removal Project, the Metro Tunnel Project and the Victorian Health Building Authority.
This is a VPS4 3-year fixed term opportunity.
The Contracts Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the effective administration and governance of goods and services contracts within the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA). This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records in Unifier, coordinating procurement documentation, and ensuring compliance with Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) policies.
The position contributes to procurement reporting, data analysis, and the preparation of key documentation while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The Contracts Administrator ensures transparency, accountability, and probity throughout the contract lifecycle and supports the broader procurement team during periods of high demand
