Continence Physiotherapist
About the role
We are seeking a Grade 3 Continence Physiotherapist for a part time (30.4hrs per fortnight) to work within our community health services at Bacchus Marsh and Melton.
The role will support clients to remain independent in their home in a multidisciplinary based approach to care addressing their continence needs. They will work closely with the continence nursing and physiotherapy based teams at Bacchus Marsh and Melton and across Western Health.
Supervision will be provided by a grade 4 clinician and you will work in a peer learning environment with the continence nursing team. In collaboration with the Manager of Community Adult Health Programs, you will support delivery of continence physiotherapy and community continence services and actively work to ensure a culture of evidence-based practice and patient centred care across the team.
