About the Department
The department provides a wide range of learning and development support and services.
The department provides policy leadership, plans for the future of education in Victoria and leads key cross-sector collaboration. The department plays an important system steward role by providing support, guidance, oversight and assurance across early childhood and school education systems, as well as directly providing school education and 50 new early learning centres.
About the Division
The Corporate Division provides corporate support to all VSBA teams and fulfills an important assurance and oversight role. They guide VSBA to achieve strategic objectives and ensure decision-making is transparent and accountable. The division also coordinates communication and consultation with local communities about their school building projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of the Infrastructure Portfolio Management (IPM) Platform team, the Content Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the team's Technical Writer and Trainer in developing and maintaining a suite of training and technical documentation. In addition, the role with assist with coordinating training and communications to internal and external users of the systems and frameworks of the VSBA.
The role will focus on developing and revising documentation, drafting effective communications and guided learnings, ensuring that content is produced to departmental standards and is fit for purpose from a user perspective. The materials will be developed and distributed through a variety of channels that are intuitive for internal and external users to navigate. The role provides quality advice and support to VSBA staff and external users of the IPM Platform.
