We are seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to lead and support our Consumer Lived Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to guide a passionate, values-driven workforce who support people accessing RMH Mental Health Services through trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice—meeting people where they are and promoting self-determination, connection and hope.
Our teams include both clinical and lived experience staff, with a strong focus on inclusion and individualised support.
Your New Role
As the Consumer Lived Experience Workforce Manager, you will lead and support the RMH-MHS Consumer Lived Experience team—an integral part of service delivery.
