About the role
Barwon MHDAS currently have permanent part time opportunities suitable for recently graduated or experienced Addiction Psychiatrists within our DAS team.
The DAS team provides high quality best practice assessment and treatment to adult patients experiencing difficulties with substance use.
You will join a high-performing, passionate clinical team dedicated to delivering essential support to individuals and families navigating alcohol and drug challenges. Operating within a collaborative multidisciplinary framework, this role provides the scope to exert independent clinical judgement while working alongside a supportive network of healthcare professionals. The service prioritises person-centred care, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement. Based in the Barwon region, the position offers direct avenues for professional growth, peer collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of public and private sector clinical initiatives.
