About the opportunity
We have an exciting Permanent, Full-Time opportunity for an experienced electricity network asset inspector to join Energy Safe Victoria's Infrastructure Inspections departmentas a Compliance Officer (Electricity Network Assets). Reporting to the Infrastructure Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in monitoring the safety and compliance of Victoria's electricity distribution networks.
In this field-based role, your primary objective will be toinspect electricity network assets to confirm compliance with industry standards and legislation. Other duties will include responding to network incidents, assist with auditing processes and contribute to enforcement activities where required. Working closely with industry stakeholders, electricity distribution businesses and other regulators, you will help ensure network operators are meeting their obligations and delivering safe outcomes for Victorian communities.
