About the role:
The Compliance Officer undertakes regulatory activities in relation to the regulation of water in Victoria as well as to various health regulatory domains. Working across the different sectors, the Compliance Officer will use their knowledge and experience to support and administer the team's technical and regulatory functions and monitor and enforce compliance in accordance with the relevant legislation; Safe Drinking Water Act 2003, Safe Drinking Water Regulations 2015, Health (Fluoridation) Act 1973 and the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2019.
