Role description
Join our dedicated team delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes and across the community. This role supports services such as the District Nursing Services and Community Palliative Care, which operates extended hours, seven days a week.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide expert, compassionate care to a diverse client base. You'll advocate for clients, offer health education, promote wellness and support individuals in achieving their health goals. Working collaboratively with other healthcare providers, you'll help ensure seamless, coordinated care tailored to each clients needs.
