About the Business Unit:
The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) delivers a justice and community safety system that works to build a safer, fairer and stronger Victoria.
Technology Solutions and Data Security focuses on meeting the department's data and digital needs by providing responsive and sustainable services focused on supporting departmental outcomes.
Information, Records, Archival and Mail Services is responsible for ensuring the Department complies with its recordkeeping obligations whilst ensuring records are accessible as and when required, ensuring transparency in government whilst protecting the rights of citizens.
About the Role:
As the Communications, Training and Records Advisor, you will build and uplift departmental information and records management capability and maturity.

• Experience in the development and conduct of training in a hybrid environment.
• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to convey complex information to a broad range of audiences, both in a written and verbal manner.
• Demonstrated understanding of the principles of change management.
