Communications and Customer Experience leads best-practice communications and engagement to connect DTP with our people, customers, industry partners and communities. We work collaboratively to enrich our customers’ experience of our services, provide the information people need to get around safely and smoothly, and engage with Victorians about how they live and move, now and into the future.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Communication and Stakeholder Officer at the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP), you'll play a key role in keeping Victorians informed and engaged on major transport initiatives across Metropolitan Melbourne. Working within the Communications and Customer Experience team, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver timely, clear, and meaningful communication and engagement across road and active transport projects. This role is all about making complex changes understandable and relevant to the people they affect.
