We are seeking an experienced Manager with strong government and regional media understanding to lead Agriculture Victoria’s communications response to the drought. The role will ensure the delivery of communications around the $144M drought support package.
You will be managing external and internal communications, media, advertising stakeholder engagement, supporting senior staff with communications advice and media training. You will also be responsible for collaboration across wider Strategic Communications teams within DEECA, Federal, state and local governments and key agriculture industry stakeholders to share key messaging.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
