The position of Communication Technology Coordinator provides a key operational function within the Workplace Technology section in the Information Services Division. The role assists in providing the efficient delivery of network services, meeting room and emerging computer technology to end users.
The position coordinates state-wide adoption and support of meeting room technologies. Technical support for network infrastructure, Microsoft Teams devices, including Teams Rooms, Dante enabled devices, and 3rd party control systems. Coordinates the Apple and Google Play mobile app development and management process ensuring compliance with the Department mobile application framework. Review, tests and recommend adoption of new and emerging end user technologies.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
