Investment and Technology leads and manages the investment lifecycle; drives commercial advice & negotiations to facilitate reform; and enables core delivery through Finance, Procurement & Enterprise Technology.
Commercial Advisory is a Division within Investment and Technology, and works to plan for, design and lead major commercial transactions and deliver commercial and contract management services delivering innovative and value for money outcomes.
The Commercial Delivery Lead provides strategic financial and commercial expertise to support the recontracting and ongoing improvement of the department’s bus services. The role drives financial analysis, transaction strategy, and innovation in transport services delivery, ensuring alignment with government objectives, user needs, and integrated system outcomes, while fostering collaboration across the department and with central agencies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic, commercial, and project delivery capabilities, translating high-level strategies into effective programs that achieve desired outcomes.
