About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) to join our team based in Camperdown, with a primary focus on supporting Leura Aged Care. This rewarding role is responsible for providing clinical leadership, education, mentoring and hands-on support to nurses, students and other clinical staff to promote the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
The CSN plays a key role in workforce development, supporting nursing and medical students, enhancing clinical capability, and fostering a positive learning environment. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will contribute to staff development initiatives and help strengthen the delivery of aged care services across the organisation.
