Graduate Clinical Support Nurse
Care of the Older Person Graduate Program
About the role
Do you enjoy supporting junior learners in the clinical environment?
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse working in an acute ward, specialty area or Aged Care setting at Barwon Health?
The Graduate Clinical Support Team is looking for a passionate, supportive and experienced Registered Nurse to join the team for a temporary 12-month position, working 3 days per week, commencing 21 September 2026.
In this role, you’ll support learners participating in the Care of the Older Person Graduate Nurse Program across Barwon Health’s Aged Care units. You’ll provide practical, hands-on clinical support to graduate nurses, helping them build their skills, confidence and clinical practice as they transition into their nursing careers.
Working as part of the Clinical Education and Training Team, you’ll visit graduate nurses across Aged Care units, respond to their learning needs and work closely with clinical teams to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.
This is a great opportunity to share your clinical knowledge and experience while helping develop the next generation of nurses at Barwon Health.
