An exciting opportunity is available within the Learning and Development Unit at West Gippsland Healthcare Group for a Clinical Support Nurse / Clinical Support Enrolled Nurse – Aged Care.
This is a supernumerary, ward-based role where you will work directly with staff at the bedside to strengthen clinical practice, build capability, and support the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting nurses, graduates, and students within Residential Aged Care by:
Working in collaboration with Nurse Unit Managers and Clinical Educators, you will help translate education into practice and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
