Are you looking to build your expertise in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care while making a real difference to patient outcomes?
Western Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Grade 2 to join our Emergency Medicine Pharmacy team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit, supporting the care of complex and critically unwell patients.
Working alongside experienced medical, nursing and allied health professionals, you will play a key role in medication safety, clinical decision-making and optimising patient care. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to service improvement, education, research and advanced pharmacy practice initiatives.
