About the role
Western Health has an exciting opportunity for pharmacists to join our talented team as a Clinical Pharmacist – Grade 1 (Rotational). Multiple full-time positions are available in permanent and fixed-term roles, as well as opportunities to participate in the Foundation Resident Training Program (permanent roles only).

Motivated and enthusiastic pharmacists who have recently completed a hospital internship or are new to hospital pharmacy practice can apply to participate in the Foundation Resident Training Program as part of the Clinical Pharmacist – Grade 1 (Rotational) position. The Foundation Resident Training Program is a two-year, structured and supported program designed to develop essential knowledge and skills for early-career hospital pharmacists. This program is nationally accredited by Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha).
