About the role
South West Healthcare's (SWH) Mental Health Services (MHS) division delivers best practice, recovery-oriented care across inpatient (24/7) and community settings, supported by our Mental Health Community Teams and the Prevention and Recovery Centre (PARC). Together, these services provide high quality, person-centred care throughout the South West region.
As an experienced Registered Nurse, the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) role focuses on coordinating and delivering contemporary training for the mental health workforce, promoting reflective practice, clinical supervision, and the ongoing development of specialist mental health skills.
You will work closely with the Senior Mental Health Nurse, and other memebrs of the Mental Health education team to meet workforce training needs and will also contribute to supporting positive clinical placements for nursing students.
