About the Role:
This is a Part Time Fixed Term position at 72 hours per fortnight. As the national provider for Paediatric Cardiac Transplantation and the national leader in Paediatric VAD services, we are looking for experienced nurses to work within a team providing expert comprehensive clinical consultation to our paediatric and adolescent patients.
As the Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC), you will incorporate the entire spectrum of Heart Failure; including but not limited to work up, development of individual protocols, national activation, national level transplant coordination and surgical consultation for VAD implant. You will also lead staff and family education, as well as post-transplant management and patient transition to adult services.
