Western Health is seeking experienced, motivated, and dynamic Critical Care Nurses to join our Critical Care Outreach Team (CCOT) - ICU Liaison Nurse Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an advanced practice nursing role within a multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-level clinical expertise and leadership across Footscray and Sunshine Hospitals.
As a key member of the Critical Care Outreach Team, the ICU Liaison Nurse Consultant provides a proactive and expert response to clinical deterioration across the hospital. In this advanced practice role, you will utilise your strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills to support ward staff, enhance patient safety, and promote best practices in the recognition and response to deterioration.
