About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a senior nursing leadership role within the Adult Acute Inpatient Unit. Working closely with the Program Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert clinical consultancy, lead practice improvement initiatives and support safe, recovery-oriented care for consumers with complex mental health needs.
You will also mentor nursing staff, support workforce development and help implement contemporary clinical frameworks and service improvement initiatives across the inpatient service
